WHEREAS, Customer desires from time to time to submit to C B Merchant Services for collection call and letter services for certain lists; and, WHEREAS, C B Merchant Services desires to provide Customer with collection call and letter services; NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants hereinafter set forth, it is mutually agreed by and between the parties hereto as follows:
