You can pay your bill and/or set up payments using your visa, master card or Discover by visiting our secure payment portal (account number and pin required).

If you are a client and want to view your accounts you may do so using our secure client portal (user ID and password required).

If you are a consumer you can view your account and payment history through the secure Payment Portal (user ID and password required).

In a time of robocalls and financial scams, it's hard to know if a collection call or letter is real. If you receive a call or letter from SynCom, use google to verify our integrity. We have a century-long footprint and an A+ BBB rating.

All funds collected in a month are distributed by check to our clients by the 10^th business day of the following month.

A debt collector may contact you at your place of employment unless you inform the debt collector it is inconvenient for you to receive calls at work, or the collector should know that such calls are inconvenient. Debt collectors must comply with your oral or written request not to be contacted at work.
